Kristi has helped me with two home purchases. She is very knowledgeable about the local area, and she always gets back to me very quickly any time I text or call. Kristi helped walk me through potential problem areas with my most recent purchase. She vigorously represented my interests. I think she had four or five appointments at the house I was buying with various companies on issues we had concerns about. She was able to explain the complex land lease and subleases that exist on most Shelter Bay properties when two other agents left me scratching my head with more questions. She has been such a pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend her!

We've dealt with many excellent RE professionals over the years and Kristi by far stands out well above the rest. She is a very pleasant and positive individual who quickly inspires confidence and trust with her honesty and professionalism. She is always smiling, patient and consistently made us feel that she had our interest as a top priority. Her advice and support were valuable throughout the lengthy search process which helped us land a property that meets all our requirements. Most importantly, she showed a lot of flexibility and went the extra mile in accommodating us with remote viewings and after-hours follow ups while we were many time zones way during part of the search.
